BOND projectS increase capacity

As more families move to Krum and enroll students in our schools, it is our responsibility to provide the facilities needed to educate those students. Renovations to existing facilities, new school construction and a new stadium are included in this proposal. These projects will be carried out contingent on growth.

Renovations

Krum Early Education Center will be renovated and gain square footage to serve 850 students grades K-5.

Dyer Elementary will be renovated for Pre-K, Employee Child Care and technology.

New Schools

New schools will be built to serve 850 elementary students and 1,800 high school students.

New Stadium

A stadium built to hold 6,000 will be used by Football, Track, Band, Cheer and Strength & Conditioning.

Texas law requires school districts to have separate propositions for athletic facilities with 1,000 or more seats.
